CONCERT ETIQUETTE
Late Arrivals--Please wait at the outer theatre doors until there is a break in the performance. Do not enter during a musical selection.
Leaving During a Performance--Audience members should not move around during the performance of a musical selection unless there is an emergency. The exception would be young children who are restless. Please leave the theatre as quickly and quietly as possible so as not to interrupt the performance.
Photography, Recording & Electronic Devices--No recording or photography of any kind is allowed at any concert. All electronic paging devices, cellular telephone, or other communication devices must be turned off or switch to a silent mode prior to the start of the performance.
Intermission--Most intermissions last about 10-15 minutes in length. Lights will be dimmed to signal that the performance is ready to begin.
Smoking, Food, Beverages--The OJC Campus is smoke free. No food or beverages are allowed in the theatre.
Applause--Please show your respect by clapping at the end of a work, and at the entrance or exit of the performance. Many musical works contain multiple movements. Check the program for the appropriate times to clap and show your appreciation, and do not clap between movements of any musical composition.
